5-10TPD Corn Wheat Maize beans flour miling machine
Adopting advanced skin-heart separation technology, round sieve to extract powder, compact structure, standardized design, and effectively improve the quality of flour. This equipment is mainly used for flour milling of wheat, corn and other food crops, and is an ideal equipment for small flour processing plants, processing of incoming materials from urban and rural mills.
This is a special designed small capacity wheat flour mill combined with multiple function cleaning part and flour milling part. It is widely used for family and village purpose. The two parts can be worked together and independently.
Wheat Feeding and Cleaning
Usually we suggest to make an intake pit at 1 cube for wheat seeds feeding easily with a cone at bottom connecting to the lifting pipe, there the wheat seeds lifted up to the top by a low press fan and discharged to the first cleaning sieve plate automatically. Then the seeds will move to the second and third cleaning plate step by step, finally the seeds will flow into bottom screw conveyor for moisture adjustment. Impurities like stone, metal stuff and bad seeds will be discharged from different exit under functions of sieving and scouring, dust generated will be collected by a cyclone with bag fixed. Better to put the dampened wheat seeds in a steel container for 2-3 hours for enhance the flour extracting rate.
Flour Milling
Put the clean and dampened wheat seeds into the hopper manually in flour milling part. The seeds will be delivered to roller mill for grinding and crushing by a high press fan. By the functions of repeat milling and sieving, throughs will be collected and discharged at flour exit, and bran will be discharged from another exit. A skilled operator is required for running this mill during the whole process. The roller distance needed to be adjusted manually time to time according to the situation of milling. All material movement in this system is powered by the high press fan, and mechanism works together by chain belt and wheel driving. To upgrade the flour quality, stainless steel hopper and pipes suggested.
Flour and Bran Packing
Usually, the flour extraction rate is around 65-70% in this kind of small mill, we strongly suggest you with a simple electric scale with weighing range 1-100kg and manual sealing machine for both flour and bran. Easy operation, low cost.
