SN Series Iron Roll Hulling & Polishing Machine
Explain:
The equipment is mainly used for processing of corn, rice, broomcorn, wheat, etc. Well-cleaned rough grains are taken into the hulling chamber of SN series corn hulling & polishing machine via the feed inlet. Certain pressure can be guaranteed in the hulling chamber by controlling the feeding speed at the feed inlet and the pressure of pressure valve. Hulling, germ & black navel-removal and polishing for the grains in the revolving drum and sieve are achieved under the effect of extrusion and grinding. Kernels are separated from bran under the effect of wind power, and corn kernels (corn grits) are produced. Bran is separated automatically during processing, and satisfactory products are obtained. High-efficiency air-suction chamber is set in the equipment to remove husks generated during hulling.
Characteristics:
1,Axial discharging mode is adopted, and the pressure in the equipment is stable;
2,Pressure valve is set at the outlet so that the time of unprocessed grains staying in the hulling chamber can be accurately controlled. The hulling and polishing effect can be better;
3,The air-suction net set inside can preferably collect the impurities generated during hulling & polishing and ensure there is no flying dust during production.
