20TPD Wheat Flour Mill Machinery Wheat Milling Machine
This is a completed small capacity wheat flour mill suitable for family and village usage with properties of convenience in shipping and installing, easiness in operation and maintenance, low power consumption and high-quality performance. In passing years, this kind machinery has been widely exported to Africa and Middle-Asia market with good reputation.
It starts at wheat seeds feeding by elevator three-in-one cleaner for functioning of sieving, scouring, and destoning. Then wheat seeds will be delivered to screw dampener and wheat washer for second cleaning. Wheat after cleaning will transferred to conditioning bin,and then the clean wheat was feed in milling system and flour grading system. To guarantee the high flour extraction rate, there are two double-bin plansifter for separating . Finished flour will be put in a stock silo and packed by hand or auto packing machine. A separated bag dust controlling and collecting system is used to make sure the cleanness in working environment.
There are three options available in pipes material of stainless steel, carbon steel and galvanized sheet.
