2. Grain Storage Silo Roof

This roof is engineered to endure the most severe weather conditions, including extreme snowfalls. It boasts a meticulously designed top and bottom structure, fortified with connecting radial ribs that are intricately Z-interconnected for enhanced strength. The roof panels, featuring ribs with overlapping profiles, ensure a perfect and precise fit.
A convenient manhole allows easy inspection of the materials inside the silo, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.


3. Grain Silo Stiffeners:

Our silos are designed with high-grade galvanization and superior quality accessories to ensure an extended lifespan, protecting against corrosion-related punctures. You can choose our optional steel galvanization options of 275g/m², 450g/m², or our standard hopper angles of 45° and 60°. Additionally, we offer customization to suit the silo's diameter, the specific characteristics of the grain being stored, and natural environmental conditions like wind.Other conditions such as seismic activity and snow load at the silo's location are also considered.

1. Silo Roof

Our Company's silo roofs are meticulously designed with an angle between 25 and 30 degrees. This careful design ensures optimal structural integrity and safety, even under tremendous stress. Our silo roofs feature ring beams and radial ribs with top cover panels, delivering unmatched resilience against silo loads and construction loads, even in the harshest environments with extreme snow loads.

2. Stiffeners

Our Company's external stiffener profiles, crafted with high tension, fortify the entire silo structure, ensuring stability and durability even in challenging environmental conditions. Every stiffener is fully galvanized to prevent rust over time. This complete galvanization guarantees long-lasting protection against rust.

3. Wind Rings
