Custom manufacturing is available to suit the silo diameter, characteristics of the stored grain, and natural conditions such as wind.seismic activity, and snow load specific to the silo's location.

1. Silo Roof

Our company'silo roofs are typically designed with an angle between 25 and 30 degrees, a design choice that ensures optimal stress distribution, enhancing the silo's structural integrity and safety. The inclusion of ring beams, radial ribs, and top cover panels empower the silo to withstand construction loads and adverse environmental conditions, such as extreme snow loads.

2. Stiffeners

Our company's robust, high-tension external stiffeners significantly reinforce the silo body, allowing it to maintain stability even under the harshest conditions. These stiffeners are fully galvanized, guaranteeing long-term resistance to rust.

3. Wind Rings

Wind rings are integral to enhancing silo robustness, particularly for taller silos or those situated in high-wind areas. These rings effectively fortify the silo's support, ensuring its steadfastness and security.

4. High Strength Bolts

Our company employs 8.8/10.9 grade high-strength galvanized bolts, expertly paired with nuts and sealing washers. The use of sealing gum between steel plates ensures the Hopper Bottom Silo's seamless seal and enduring solidity.

5. Manhole

Each steel silo is equipped with two essential manholes. The first provides access from the roof, while the second is strategically placed on the second bottom ring, allowing personnel entry for grain residue cleaning or maintenance tasks.

6. Ladder System & Rest Platforms

Both internal and external silo ladders, along with rest platforms, are meticulously produced in modular form using either painted or galvanized sheets. The silo's external safety ladder features a protective cage, ensuring workers can safely ascend to the roof.

7. Wide Flange Ring-Beam Support Structure

This bracing system is engineered to offer maximum support to the entire silo, with careful consideration of wind and seismic factors. For silos with a diameter equal to or exceeding 10 meters, dual rings of support structure are required.

8. Hopper Bottom

Our company ensures the hopper bottom silo's robust framework with reinforced ring beams, sturdy supporting legs, and durable tie pieces, delivering unmatched strength to bear the heavy silo hopper load as well as the overall silo structure.

9. Supporting Legs
