3. The cleaning process is a sophisticated operation utilizing multiple stages such as three sieves, two dustings, dual stone removal, single wheat washing, alongside two magnetic separations. The grinding components include 4-5 skin grinding, 6-7 core grinding, and 2-3 slag grinding, all supported by auxiliary equipment like powder cleaners, bran machines, impacters, and loosening powder systems.
4. Our mill features an avant-garde air pressure compound mill and an advanced milling process. With light grinding and fine milling, it boasts a long powder path for superior flour quality, enabling the production of diverse grades of powder and specialized flours.

This innovation significantly reduces the mill's load, while both large and fine bran undergo comprehensive brush bran treatment, guaranteeing impeccably clean bran.
3. Featuring no less than six state-of-the-art clearing systems, our process excels at re-cleaning wheat cores extracted by the slag mill system. Furthermore, the center, slag, and mixture materials are thoroughly purified, ensuring that only materials of the highest purity transition into the front road core mill.
4. Opting for smooth roller grinding across all systems, excluding the skin grinding system, guarantees light research and meticulous subdivision of materials. This approach minimizes the breakage of fine bran flakes, significantly reducing bran stars in the flour. Of particular note is the heart grinding system, boasting numerous finely-tuned channels and gentle grinding techniques that effectively prevent excessive heat, thus preserving the flour's premium quality.
5. Utilizing middle back road bran and brush bran, our system produces a substantial volume of high-quality bran powder. Each batch undergoes exclusive silo flat sieve treatment, markedly enhancing the powder extraction rate. Mixing with other materials-if not managed meticulously-can compromise sieving efficiency, which is why our protocol is exceptional.
6. The air suction powder's intricate composition features fine particle size, high viscosity, and poor fluidity, posing sieving challenges if addressed with a warehouse flat screen alone. By blending with other materials, we enhance fluidity, facilitating simplified screen management. Employing a vibrating garden screen for independent sieving can yield superior results.
7. Within the heart mill system, our flat sieve adopts a strategic path of sieve powder first, followed by classification. This ensures excellent material fluidity, significantly boosting sieve efficiency and setting new standards in precision.
