The process flow:

1. Degumming Step: Begin with the essential degumming process, where we meticulously introduce hot water into the oil refinery tanks. This crucial phase purifies the crude oil by washing away impurities. It effectively eliminates contaminants such as phospholipids, gums, and proteins, all of which dissolve seamlessly into the hot water, ensuring cleaner, purer oil.
2. Deacidification Step: In this vital phase, we expertly neutralize Free Fatty Acids (FFA) by incorporating an alkali solution-specifically caustic soda water-into the oil. This process ensures the thorough removal of acidity, optimizing oil quality.
3. Decolorizing Step: Addressing the pigmentation, our process employs high-quality bleaching earth to extract pigments like carotene and xanthophyll. The bleaching earth's remarkable adsorption capability ensures the oil becomes brilliantly transparent and light-colored, enhancing its visual appeal.
4. Oil Filtering: Utilizing a state-of-the-art vacuum leaf filter, we expertly filter out the used bleaching earth, ensuring that only the purest oil proceeds to the next stage.
5. Deodorizing Step: Crude oil often carries distinct odors due to volatile compounds such as ketone oxides and aldehydes.
In this sophisticated phase, we introduce steam from an advanced steam generator. The continuous infusion of steam under high temperature and pressure ensures complete contact with the oil, effectively removing volatile matters with the steam, resulting in a perfectly neutral scent.
6. Fine Filtering Step: The final touch in our meticulous process is the fine filtering stage. Here, a precision bag filter is employed to ensure that the end product is nothing short of first-grade cooking oil, meeting the highest quality standards.
