SN Series Iron Peeling Machine
The equipment is mainly used for processing of corn, rice, broomcorn, wheat, etc. Well-cleaned rough grains are taken into the hulling chamber of SN series corn hulling & polishing machine via the feed inlet. Certain pressure can be guaranteed in the hulling chamber by controlling the feeding speed at the feed inlet and the pressure of pressure valve. Hulling, germ & black navel-removal and polishing for the grains in the revolving drum and sieve are achieved under the effect of extrusion and grinding. Kernels are separated from bran under the effect of wind power, and corn kernels (corn grits) are produced. Bran is separated automatically during processing, and satisfactory products are obtained. High-efficiency air-suction chamber is set in the equipment to remove husks generated during hulling.Model |
