1). Degumming and Alkali Refining: Achieve superior oil quality by removing both hydratable and non-hydratable phospholipids with hot water and food-grade phosphoric acid. Neutralize free fatty acids with caustic soda to effectively reduce the acid value, enhancing the oil's quality.
2). Decolorization: Our meticulous decolorization process involves the use of active bleaching clay, which expertly adsorbs pigments, yielding brilliantly clear oil.
